On this page you will find all information about the project "Innovative online learning environments: using business case studies in higher education" (e³Cases).

The project aims at the sustainable further development of university teaching in the field of business administration by developing Case Studies that on the one hand have the necessary practical relevance, but at the same time also have a high pedagogical-didactic quality so that key competences can be promoted. In addition, the project wants to test the case studies in transnational online learning tandems so that the media and intercultural competence of the students is also addressed in order to strengthen their employability in a networked, digital world. The evaluations and findings from the test phases will result in the development of a Manual and an Online-Planning-Guide, which will offer lecturers assistance in developing their own didactically high-quality case studies as well as for the transnational and digital tandem use of case studies.

We are pleased that the project is now reaching its successful conclusion and that we can finally provide you with the high quality products. You can now access the manual, the Online-Planning-Guide and twelve both practical and pedagogically-didactically valuable case studies from a wide range of topics. All results are available for you to download completely and free of charge on the subpages.

In addition, we would like to draw your attention to the Partner-Tool. Here you can exchange ideas on subject didactics, post and discuss new case studies and find partnerships for the digital, cross-site use of case studies.
